I was thinking for us to meet up next week Wednesday (13 Oct 2010) at 2pm? This is so that we'll be able to go for Communications lecture/tutorials on Monday and finish whatever else that is needed to be done before meeting up on Wednesday. We have a Progress Presentation the following Monday, so it'll be good for us to meet up on Wednesday to discuss that as well. Please do let me know whether or not you're able to make it at this time. I'll send you all an SMS regarding this issue.
