Distribution of Task for Week 12 (+ some model updates and the plan of completion)

Hey everyone! This is just a post to show the model updates and more importantly, our distribution of tasks and plan of completion for the coming days.

So far, we've been really good with time planning and accomplishments so kudos to you guys for that! Thanks for all your hard works!

Model progress up till now (5pm, 21/10/2010):
1) Finished overall landscaping (AHD, site relocation, site construction etc.)
2) Finished all model structure (model amendments, extentions, new additions etc.)
3) Finished overall interior and exterior detailing (material, element attributes for different parts of house, new additions etc.)

Distribution of Task for Week 12:
Rachel Lee & Justin Lee
-Overseeing group members in the completion of task and helping whoever, wherever needed.
-Overlooking works and assisting Presentation Artist, Interior Designer and Landscape Architect to ensure highest quality of work.

Rachel Lee
-Constantly and continuously checking ArchiCAD server for Group amended updates and compiling progress/updates.
-Making sure there's clear communication amongst group members regarding decisions, problems, solutions and discussions.
-Making sure group members are up to date with task that is needed to be completed.
-Organizing communication strategies and ways to communicated effectively (Group meetings, blog, group e-mails.)

Justin Lee
-Helping in solving problems and overcoming discussion issues amongst members.
-Making final decisions regarding technical and creative aspects of discussions and suggetions.
-Overlooking works and assisting Presentation Artist, Interior Designer and Landscape Architect to ensure highest quality of work.

Citra Fila Telis
-To finish all landscaping. (Detailed - with accurate "feel" - of trees, gardens, natural landscape forms - blending grass, cliff, rocks, sand, ocean, horizon and sky naturally)
-Helping Chze Yoon in preparing design for analogue presentation.

Tina Xiong
-To finish completion for all Interior and Exterior in detail.
-To finish completion for all furnishing and decoration in detail.
-Helping Citra in accomplishing task in regards to landscaping and overcoming possible problems.

Chze Yoon
-To work on general layout, colour scheme and concept for the Analogue Presentation sheet.
-Helping Tina in completing responsibilities in regards to Interior and Exterior detailing towards determining material attributes, furnishing and decoration.


Plan of Completion:
Week 10
-Interior and exterior detailing (Materials)
-Gathering information to produce analogue presentation
-Designing layout sheet for analogue presentation
-Furnishing and decorations

Week 11 (Present)
-Continuation of work from Week 10
-Finalising model (3D, 2D)

Week 12
-Rendering and photo editing
-Enhancement of Analogue Presentation


We'll be continuing with doing work together after studio at the studio computer lab on Thursdays at 1.30pm - 6pm as it has been very productive and effective. Thanks for being so pro-active and progressive :)

Hopefully by the end of Week 12, we'll have most things ready for rendering! Chze Yoon is itching to start :) Take care and see you all in class!
